The petitioner has filed this revision petition to issue direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem, to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in G.W.O.P.No.78 of 2023 .
2. Heard Mr.R. Marudhachalamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 1\4
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is working in Singapore, for renewal of his passport one date is fixed in the month of December 2023 by the authorities concerned. He further submitted that the petitioners filed an application in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in G.O.P.No.78 of 2023, before the trial Court, for treating interim custody of her minor child, for the purpose of renewal of dependant pass in Singapore.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and that the date of renewal is fixed in the month of December 2023. The learned II Additional District Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of the I.A.3 of 2023 in G.W.O.P.No.78 of 2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
