This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 i.e., that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27568 of 2022, order dated 14.09.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running a small shop for his day-to-day expense and he is unable to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- as ordered by this Court and hence, seeks for modification of the condition and a lesser amount be imposed.

sp 3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood surety), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
