This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.27799 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission and the petitioner is none other than the husband of the defacto complainant, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
