The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned order dated 31.10.2019 in Na.Ka.No.1589/2019/A3 on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported 'no instructions'.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the pig farm was closed prior to one month. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
