Petitioner herein who had been participating in the enquiry on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent in connection with matrimonial dispute is before this Court stating that, she had been frequently called by police in the name of enquiry and been harassed.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, based on the complaint given by 3rd respondent, enquiry was conducted. Being a matrimonial dispute, petitioner was asked to come repeatedly to find out whether any cognizable offence is made out and any possibility of settling the matter amicably. As on date, his appearance is no more required. The complaint had already been forwarded to Social Welfare Officer.
