] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 451 days in representing the Writ Appeal in W.A.SR.No.94156 of 2022.

2.This Court is unable to find cogent reasons for the delay in representation. Since sheer negligence appears to be the reason for the delay in representation, this Court is inclined to allow this petition subject to terms.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) payable to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, forthwith, so that the amount shall be transferred to the Government of Kerala along with the contribution of Hon'ble Judges of this Court, as a part of Relief Fund in relation of Wayanad Landslide tragedy.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission on 03.09.2024, along with W.A.No.2713 of 2023.
