This application has been filed seeking to amend the plaint to introduce certain facts to show as if the applicant caused damages on account of the pendency of proceedings before the Bar council. The fact that pendency of the complaint in the Bar Council is not in dispute and in fact, the Bar Council directed the applicant to return the case bundle to the respondent.
3. In such view of the matter, mere introducing one paragraph as to the pendency of the case and alleged damages said to have sought by the applicant will not prejudice rights of the parties. Accordingly, amendment is ordered and for carrying out amendment and for filing amended copy of the plaint and reply statement, post on 28.03.2024.
