The prayer in this petition reads as follows:- "to permit the appellants to deposit Balance Sale Consideration of Rs.65 Lakhs within such time that the Hon'ble Court may see fit to grant, and thereby render justice."

2.The suit for specific performance filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to put the money into Court, if the petitioner succeeds in the appeal. We do not think, a direction as sought for can be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
