ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents to survey the property purchased by him under registered sale deed dated 18.11.2013 in Survey No.530/12 measuring about 10 cents out of 55 cents situated at Devarajapuram Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, by considering his online application dated 16.08.2023.

It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property under registered sale deed dated 18.11.2013 and submitted online application on 16.08.2023 seeking survey of the property purchased by him and issue of separate patta by effecting sub-division, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the Respondents would submit that pursuant to the online application submitted by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent has fixed 07.11.2024 as the date for enquiry and the application submitted by petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time framed by this Court.

In view of the same without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 16.08.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other necessary parties.
