ORDER
The petitioner being one of the legal heirs of the defacto complainant aggrieved by long delay in completion of the trial in C.C. 1/4
No.88 of 2020 is before this Court for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore to expedite the trial. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), submits that in this case, 13 accused were charged for offence under Sections 120(b), 468, 471, 420, 416, 417 & 109 IPC. 21 listed witnesses are there. Since one or other accused remain absent, the trial could not be proceeded. The case is now posed on 28.12.2023 for examination of L.W.1.
3. In the light of the above submission, it is suffice to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore where C.C. No.88 of 2020 tried, to expedite the trial and if there is any non co-operation from the accused persons, suitable action may be taken, cancelling the bail and proceed further.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
