This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.29 of 2013 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Poonamallee.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Poonamallee as to how long he will take to dispose of O.S.No.29 of 2013.

3. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Poonamallee has sent a report stating that the suit will be disposed of within a period of six months.

4. Accordingly, the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Poonamallee is directed to dispose of O.S.No.29 of 2013 within a period of six months from today.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
