This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in STC.No.779 of 2021, dated 13.09.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Namakkal.

2. Notice sent to the respondent has been returned as "Refused". Hence, his name is printed in the cause list and there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 13 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
