This Court, while disposing of the above Criminal Appeal on 20.06.2023 directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.777 of 2021, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC), Namakkal through his letter dated 27.12.2023 has prayed for extension of three months time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.777 of 2021 pending on his file, since the order passed by this Court dated 20.06.2023 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.
3.Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC), Namakkal, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.777 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC), Namakkal. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

rsi 4.Accordingly, further period of three months time is granted to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.777 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC), Namakkal, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 20.06.2023.
