This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to implead the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kancheepuram as a party respondent on the ground that the office of Assistant Commissioner, Land Ceiling, Villupuram District has been abolished and now the same is under the control of the Revenue Divisional Officer,Kancheepuram. Therefore, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kancheepuram is sought to be impleaded as a necessary party, in lieu of the Assistant Commissioner, Land Ceiling, Villupuram District.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader for the State also does not dispute the same.

In view thereof, this writ miscellaneous petition to implead the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kancheepuram as a party respondent, in lieu of the Assistant Commissioner, Land Ceiling, Villupuram District, stands allowed.
