O.A. Nos.928 and 929 of 2023 in C.S. (COMM. DIV.) No.263 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

The respondents have been duly served as seen from the Affidavit of Service filed by the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff. The delivery reports issued by the Postal department has also been filed along with the Affidavit of Service. Since the respondents have been duly served, the interim injunction granted by this Court in O.A. Nos.928 and 929 of 2023 is made absolute and both the applications are allowed as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to print the name of the respondents / defendants on the next hearing date.

3. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that in all likelihood, if the matter is listed on 21.12.2023, he shall report settlement of the matter.

Post the matter for reporting settlement on 21.12.2023.
