ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, not to take any steps, to open a TASMAC Shop in Pulianthopu area, Chennai-12 and nearby to Highway No.167, as directed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in State of Tamilnadu Vs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Mr.S.Mathivanan, learned counsel representing Mr.Sankara Subbu, counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is no more. He further submitted that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Placing on record the above submission, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
