Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.C.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 4th respondent. With consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey the petitioner's property in survey No.705/4B, measuring to an extent of 0.69.00 ares of land, situated at Kammampatti village, Nallampalli (TK) Dharmapuri District based on the petitioner application No.2025/ 0123/ 05/ 012044 dated 13.06.2025 to put the fence with help of the 4th respondent within a stipulated period in accordance with law. 2/6

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the aforesaid property and he filed online application to survey her property on 13.06.2025 and he has also paid necessary fees along with the said application. However, the petitioner's application was not considered by the respondent till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondents concerned would consider the petitioner's application and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.06.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other 3/6
interested parties, including rival claimants, if any. The respondents are at liberty to seek police protection, if need arises. No costs.
