O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 04.06.2020 and to take further action in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in C.S.R.No.127 of 2020 has been conducted and the same has been closed.

3. Therefore, this Court gives liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
