This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court towards the compliance of the conditional order dated 29.08.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.12219 of 2023.

2. In the above CMP, the delay was condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Services Authority on or before 12.09.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petitioner is directed to pay the cost as stated in the above CMP by today(22.11.2024) itself. The Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if otherwise, in order and post it for admission on 29.11.2024. If the cost is paid today(22..11.2024), this petition stands allowed.
