ORDER

(Made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This civil revision petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.09.2024, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.739 of 2023, allowing the application filed by the 1st respondent finance concern.

2. The petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of approaching the Debt Recovery Tribunal by way of filing an application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act. Further, this Court finds no extraordinary circumstances to interfere with the order. Therefore, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy.

With the above observation, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
