(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking exemption of court fee of Rs.38,115/-, the present petition has been filed.

2.We are not inclined to grant exemption inasmuch as the petitioners have already got the award in their favour and this appeal has been preferred seeking enhancement. Hence this petition stands dismissed.

However, considering the submission made, for payment of adequate court fee, we are inclined to grant further period of four weeks from today.
