The prayer in this petition is for stay of the decree and judgment in O.S.No.67 of 2019 dated 22.08.2024 made by the District Judge, Tirupattur.

2. A perusal of the decree shows that a suit for partition has been dismissed. Therefore, nothing remains to be done pursuant to the decree.

Hence, the prayer for stay is illconceived. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
