This Petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No. 6 of 2019 under Sections 417, 323 and 506(i) of IPC.
2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that it is a money transaction between the petitioner and the second respondent and the parties have arrived at a settlement, pursuant to which, the FIR was closed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the above, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.03.2023 vsg Index: Yes/No Speaking Order / Non-Speaking Order
