R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 and O.S.No.262 of 2023 within a time fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.Ali Hassan Khan C O M M O N O R D E R These civil revision petitions seek for expeditious disposal of R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 & O.S.No.262 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 19.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram to state as to how long she requires to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 & O.S.No.262 of 2023.

3. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram has sent a report stating that R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 is in the stage of argument and O.S.No.262 of 2023 is in the stage of marking of documents on the side of P.W.1/plaintiff. Therefore, she requests three months time to dispose of both the cases.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 & O.S.No.262 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
