This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second respondent-Police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that based on the complaint made by the defacto complainant as against the petitioners, CSR No.239 of 2024 was filed on 17.2.2024 and subsequently, the said CSR has been closed as the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
