Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue the birth certificate of the petitioner's sons viz., R.Gowtham and R.Boopathy based on their original Birth Certificates Registration Nos.469 dated 28.03.1998 and 1797 dated 30.12.1998 by entering their name and the name of the mother as Deepa instead of Muniammal based on the application dated 07.02.2016 and the subsequent representation dated 23.05.2017.
