This Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered as against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that investigation was completed and final report has been filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, Thiruvallur District and the same has been taken on file in in C.C.No.39 of 2023.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the fact that final report has been filed and the same was taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
