Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in connection with impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in KA.NO.ME.PO/PO.KA.VA-II/CHENNAI/ OO.SE.PO/KO.Thanti/No.1228/2018, dated 13.8.2018 and the 1st Respondent order in RC.No.24525/2019.M1, DATED 01.10.2019, and to quash the same and further direct the Respondents to pay the Compensation at the enhanced rate for the Petitioner land situated in S.NO.14/7A, Uthukadu Village, Kancheepuram District.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in connection with impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent, dated 13.8.2018 and further direct the Respondents to pay the Compensation at the enhanced rate for the Petitioner land situated in S.NO.14/7A, Uthukadu Village, Kancheepuram District.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition become infructuous and hence prays for closure of this petition.

3. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
