The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation given by the petitioner on 06.10.2023 has not been acted upon sofar.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that already person against whom the petitioner has given the complaint had approached this Court and sought for police protection to measure the land. Therefore, summon was issued to the petitioner herein to enquire about the representation, but he has not turned up. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and participate in the enquiry by producing all the documents. On such participation and co-operation in the 2/4

enquiry, necessary orders shall be passed on his representation. 4.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
