Palanivel, Hindu aged about 27 years who is now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore before this Court, and set him at liberty.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Ajithkumar S/o. Palanivel, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings C.M.P. No. 38/Goonda/Salem City/2019 dated 09.10.2019.
2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.4954 dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.
3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
