Revisions filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India directing the learned Additional Subordinate Court, Hosur to dispose A.S.Nos.9,8 and 7 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.Malola Narasimhan V.S COMMON ORDER The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of A.S.Nos.9,8 and 7 of 2015 pending on the file of Additional Subordinate Court, Hosur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that O.S.Nos.54 of 1999, 95 of 2004 and 94 of 2004 were filed before District Munsif Court, Hosur. Subsequent to the decree passed in the above suits, first appeals were filed before the Additional Sub Court, Hosur in A.S.Nos.9, 8 and 7 of 2015. Learned counsel further states that though originally the suits were decreed in favour of the petitioners herein, the first appellate court reversed the findings of the trial court and allowed the appeals filed by the respondents. Thereafter, this Court, in CMA Nos.1150, 1162 and 1165 of 2021 by common judgment dated 06.01.2022 has confirmed the judgment of the first appellate court and aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.6150-6152 of 2023 and by common judgment dated

P.B.BALAJI.,J sr 25.09.2023, the Hon'ble Supreme Court remitted the matter back to the first appellate Court and the appeals are pending before the first appellate court.

3. Considering the suits are pending from 1999, the Additional Subordinate Court, Hosur is directed to dispose of A.S.Nos. A.S.Nos.9,8 and 7 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025.

4. With the above direction, the civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs.
