PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 3rd respondent, the Inspector of Police, E-3, Minjur, to take further necessary action, on the complaint filed by the petitioner before them through online on 23.10.2019, against the persons who have committed the offence and take necessary other suitable action to restore the Road to suit for usage for public, within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 3rd respondent, the Inspector of Police, E-3, Minjur, to take further necessary action, on the complaint filed by the petitioner before the said respondent police through online on 23.10.2019, against the persons who have committed the offence and take necessary other suitable action to restore the Road to suit for usage for public, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth to eighth respondents would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the fourth to eighth respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
