This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening 05.00 p.m., until further orders, passed in Crl.O.P.No.23933 of 2022 dated 11.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.
