[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to accept the cause title of the appellant in the present appeal and to recognise the deponent as power agent for the appellant, respectively.

Before the learned single Judge, as per the cause title projected by the plaintiff, who is the respondent herein, the appellant/defendant's cause title had been shown as 'Massey Ferguson Corporation represented by its authorised signatory'. However, the appellant/defendant since it is represented by its Power of Attorney one Rohit Kohli, it becomes necessitated to seek permission from this Court to accept the cause title in the proposed appeal.

3. In view of the aforesaid arguments of Mr. R. Parthasarathy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant/defendant, these petitions are ordered.
