This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 186 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment and sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magila Court, Krishnagiri District in Spl.SC.No.35 of 2020 dated 17.11.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
