Though by order dated 17.03.2020 this application has been ordered. However on the very same day, the impleading petition had also been ordered and the counsel were directed to file amended copy of the Petition, which has been done only now, as a result of which, the time sought for has expired.

2. Considering the above circumstances, mandate of the Arbitrator is extended till 31.03.2021.
