The petitioner herein is called for enquiry in connection with CSR No.87 of 2024. The petitioner, instead of participating in the enquiry, has come before this Court, seeking Police protection alleging that Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner is uncooperative for the investigation.

3.
