This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1019 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got objections in allowing the application.
4. The 1st petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, her son P.Sivaraj, who was the sole bread-winner of the family passed away and due to the financial constrains, delay of 1019 days occurred in preferred the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made by the petitioner in the affidavit enclosed with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 1019 Page No.1 / 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
