This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to any other police station within the jurisdiction of the first respondent in Cr.No.322 of 2025 on

the file of the second respondent and file a final report within the time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Inspector of Police is not conducting the enquiry in a proper manner though grievous injuries were sustained by the de-facto complainant and also that no statements have been recorded and signature were obtained in the blank papers. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that audio recordings are available with the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case pertains to dispute between the neighbours and the investigation is conducted properly.

5. Considering the contentions put-forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the District Superintendent of Police, Gingee to complete the investigation and to file a final report as expeditiously as

possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
