ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 222 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions made and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 21.01.2025. If the costs is not paid on or before 21.01.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court. (J.NISHA BANU J.)
