The petitioner herein, who is claiming to be a social worker, apprehending threat to his life, is before this Court seeking Police protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that based on his representation and complaint, the Police has opened the Patta Pass Book for surveillance and are monitoring the office and residence of the petitioner.
