2. It is stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition that the proposed parties have purchased a portion of the disputed property. Hence, the petitioner / appellant had filed this petition to implead the purchasers as fourth and fifth respondents.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and therefore, this petition is ordered by impleading the purchasers as third and fourth respondents in the above appeal. 02.11.2020 bkn Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the above appeal on 24.11.2020.
