3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Mr.S.R.Babu for Mr.M.Mubarak Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has got strong objection for condonation of delay. It is seen that the second respondent's interest can be safeguarded while hearing the revision petition.

5.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
