The miscellaneous petition is filed for a direction to the Registry to return back the original documents.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that he has no instruction with reference to miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioner/6th respondent for return of documents. In view of said submission, this Court is inclined to consider the civil miscellaneous petition.
