This petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent police to file final report in Cr.No.26 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet also ready to file, but due to voluminous documents, it could not be uploaded. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
