W.P.No.31547 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This Court vide order dated 02.11.2023, directed the Chief Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, to take departmental action against the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader filed a report stating that the competent authority has taken departmental proceedings as against the delinquent officers and the same is in progress.

3. The abovesaid submission is recorded.
