This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in the memo dated 04.10.2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB & CBCID Cases), Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.7836 of 2017 and to permit the defacto complainant (PW3) to mark the vital documents with further direction to the respondent to recall the evidence of P.W.3 in the above C.C.No.7836 of 2017.

When the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the case in C.C.No.7836 of 2017 itself has been disposed of on merits on 07.11.2024.
