Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.121 of 2018 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Bhavani, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Subordinate Court, Thiruchengode, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.178 of 2018, which is pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.
