ORDER

1.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.

The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against her in T.D.P.No.10/2019. 3.

According to the petitioner, evidence in the disciplinary proceedings has already been recorded on 26.02.2021 itself and till date, no final orders are passed by the disciplinary authority - the fourth respondent herein. The petitioner has filed oral evidence of 18 witnesses who were examined in the disciplinary proceedings. 4.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in T.D.P. No.10 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
