This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police monthly once i.e., first week of every Monday at 10.30 am, till filing of final report in Crl.M.P.No.6005 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26359 of 2023 dated 03.04.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6005 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26359 of 2023 dated 03.04.2024 is hereby modified as follows: a.The first Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police as and when required.

b.The second Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
